CC adds so much variety and depth to this game, and it’s even more amazing when it adds a whole new gameplay function!

This functional cc alarm clock is such a fun gameplay mechanic to add to your game.
Your sim can program the alarm to wake them up at a certain time, in time for work or school, and your sim can even snooze!
You can even set a weekly schedule if you want to sleep in on weekends. Lazy sims might be extra resistant to getting out of bed, too.

Full Control Camera by Ravasheen Sims 4 Functional CC
This is a really great piece of functional cc by Ravasheen! It’s an all-in-one full-control camera.
Ravasheen is one of my FAVORITE functional cc creators—they make the most unique things!
And this cc camera is no exception. You don’t even need a sim to operate it, so you can snap the perfect shot whenever!
You even have full control over the rotation, the height, etc. No more messing around with tripods!
Smart Doorbell Sims 4 Functional CC
The functional cc smart door bell is by the same creator as the Sunrise alarm clock, and this cc doorbell is just as in-depth! No more missing visitor’s or the pizza delivery person.
Now your sims can have their very on Ring doorbell! You can get alerts when sims visit you—their face, their name, etc.
This doorbell even comes with accessibility features for sims who are hard of hearing (storytelling-wise, of course—this isn’t an in-game mechanic unfortunately).
Best of all? With this door bell, your sims can now ding-dong ditch! 😉
Toaster Mod Sims 4 Functional CC With Custom Recipes
This functional cc toaster from Around The Sims is a great way to grab a quick breakfast on the go!
There are several custom toaster designs to choose from and brand new custom recipes, too!
All you do is click which one you want, and voila! The meal appears in your sim’s inventory.
Broom Sims 4 Functional CC (Perfect for Off The Grid Cleaning or Historical Gameplay)
I seriously couldn’t believe it when EA gave us vacuums but never thought to give us brooms!
MizoreYulii has fixed that for you! Now you can use functional cc brooms to clean up messes (or dust if you own Bust The Dust).
This sims 4 functional cc is great for historical players too!
Essential Oil Diffuser Sims 4 Functional CC By RVSN

Instruments might be one of my favorite sims 4 functional cc items!
This functional cello comes with custom animations, a brand new custom skill, and custom sounds for each level of the skill.
The cc cello object is so gorgeous and well done too. I am never not amazed by what modders are capable of!

Okay. This is SUCH a small mod, lol, but I am seriously obsessed with it.
These are functional blinds! Your sim can open and close them!
It has always bothered me that the blinds on windows are always closed, so when I found this mod I screamed. Game changer, lol!
Animated Functional Hair Dryer and Face Cream (Functional Bathroom Clutter CC)
Now your sims can style their hair and take care of their skin with this functional cc pack!
It comes with a functional hair dryer cc and functional face cream cc.
It’s the little details, guys! They add so much realism to gameplay and so much more immersion.

This wall phone is SO cool and SOO nostalgic!
It is a fully functional cc phone! A landline like wayyy back in the day, lol.
This cc phone has all the functions of your sims’ cell phone. You can even receive calls from it, if you want!
There are custom animations on this one too. This is such a fun thing to add to your game!

It always annoyed me that the VIP Bucket that sims get as a reward for a successful date was only decorative!

And they are pricey—like $500! Perfect the imitate “bottle service” at the lounge, or to celebrate a special occasion!
TS3 to TS4 Functional CC Mechanical Bull
This might be one of my favorite pieces of sims 4 functional cc, lol. Mechanical bulls are just so funny!
This is modeled after the version that was in The Sims 3, and it blends perfectly in a maxis match sims game. And the animations are incredible, haha.
Functional Fitness Equipment CC (Barbell, Dumbbells, Squat Rack, Exercise Bike, and More!)
This is one of THE most amazing sims 4 functional cc packs I’ve ever seen!
The Let’s Get Fit cc pack by Cepzid is amazing. It comes with so much new, functional gym equipment. And each item has it’s own custom animation!
If you plop the items down in a community lot gym, townies will even use them, too.

Child sims and toddlers need so much more to do in this game, and this functional cc play kitchen is AMAZING. Seriously. It’s a show-stopper.
It’s a beautiful, maxis match item, and I LOVE the detail that toddlers stand on a stack of cookbooks to use it.
It comes with fun new recipes for your little sims to make (and fun, kid-centric decorated plates the meals are served on), and is genuinely one of my FAVORITE pieces of sims 4 functional cc I think I’ve ever downloaded.
