Today’s round-up is a special one! I am sharing my favorite sims 4 apartment builds (and multifamily builds!) that I can’t wait to use when Sims 4 For Rent releases!
I have included several truly amazing apartment complexes in today’s post, but the thing I’m probably most excited for in this pack is being able to have more than one household on a lot.
I’m very excited to rent out rooms to my sim’s grandparents (for free, of course! ❤️), create a functioning retirement community (I linked an AMAZING one as item 16), or even working trailer park communities.
There are truly endless gameplay possibilities with this new EP, and I’m so excited to test them all out!

And remember: even if you don’t plan to purchase Sims 4 For Rent, you can still storytell in your own head and enjoy these lots without the functionality of a Residential Rental lot type!

Orchard’s Sims 4 Apartments (Realistic Apartment Build With CC)
This is a hyper realistic sims 4 apartment build!
Seriously, this looks like something I’d see around my home town, which is so fun.
It’s also very easy to convert to a maxis match aesthetic, while still maintaining that real life feel.
This sims 4 apartment build has 8 units, so you will need to enable the new cheat that came with Sims 4 For Rent to make each unit functional!
One comes furnished (with cc), so you are free to decorate the others to your heart’s content!

This is such a detailed multifamily lot that is perfect for Mt. Komorebi!
These apartments are a little more run-down, and have a grungier vibe to them which I’m obsessed with—sometimes Sims 4 feels a little too clean! lol.
This lot comes with 2 separate units that can function as separate apartments with Sims 4 For Rent.
Parisian Sims 4 Apartment Build (Shell Only)
What a STUNNER!
This sims 4 apartment is inspired by Parisian architecture. 🇫🇷
This build is a shell which means it’s empty inside—perfect if you love to decorate!

This is a fully furnished sims 4 apartment build and it is SO homey and cozy!
There are 5 units all together, so plenty of room to have lots of tenants (or neighbors) and get up to some shenanigans.

The new residential rental lot type in For Rent isn’t just for sims 4 apartments—it’s also great for multi-home lots!
This particular lot belongs in Foundry Cove in Willow Creek, and I love the idea of playing with two neighboring families that get to see each other all the time since they live on the same lot!

Modern Bungalow Neighborhood Sims 4 For Rent Build (Simulate An Open Neighborhood!)
BojanaSims is one of my FAVORITE builders for modern luxe lots.
This modern bungalow neighborhood is another super cool use of the new residential rental lot type, too!
Instead of just 1 or 2 homes, BojanaSims created a whole neighborhood community!

There is just something about a brownstone 😍
These are SO gorgeous and would fit perfectly in the Spice District in San Myshuno.

The detail on these brownstones is insane, and I can’t wait to play with them.

Modern Apartment Complex Sims 4 For Rent Build
This sims 4 apartment is another gorgeous, modern complex!
This one makes use of that really oversized lot in Del Sol Valley in the more affordable neighborhood, and I LOVE the idea of popping an apartment complex there!
This one comes with a super cute deco parking lot, a play area for kiddos, and even a swimming pool in the communal area.
English Townhomes Sims 4 Apartment Build (Perfect For Henford-on-Bagley!)
I think one of the coolest things about this new lot type will be creating functional sims 4 apartments that fit into all of our various worlds!
This particular lot is SO adorable—it’s English tudor inspired townhomes that would look amazing in Henford on Bagley, or even Windenburg.

MissSimReno’s Copperdale MultiFamily Sims 4 Apartment Build
There is just something about simple homes that I love! These are so charming and quaint, and I can’t wait to have two neighboring families on one lot.
I think seeing sims share the communal spaces in a lot will be so much more immersive and enjoyable than everything being so separate!
And how fun would it be to have a family live in one, and grandma and grandpa live right next door?! Or your sim’s childhood best friend! The storytelling possibilities truly are endless.
Elderly Care Facility Sims 4 Apartment Build (Functional Retirement Community with Sims 4 For Rent!)
This lot is a GREAT example of what I’m most excited for in the new EP!
This is a gorgeous retirement community lot, and with For Rent EP, we can make it functional! You can assign the individual rooms as units, and leave the rest as communal space.
